💸 How Payment Works

After you place your order, we’ll confirm availability and calculate your shipping total. You’ll receive an email with full details and Interac e-transfer instructions.

We currently accept Interac e-transfer only — no payment is taken through the website.

📮 Shipping Information

We ship using Canada Post anywhere in Canada.

Shipping costs depend on your location and package size. Once payment is received, your order is prepared and usually dropped off within 24–48 hours.

📸 We take a photo of the package at Canada Post as proof of drop-off.
⚠️ Once your package is handed to Canada Post, we are no longer responsible for delays, losses, or damages.

📦 Box Program (Optional Storage)

Prefer to delay shipping and build a larger order?

We offer a Box Program where we store your silver & gold in a Canada Post flat-rate box with your name on it. You can specify that you want this program by email after we confirm your order.

• You pay the flat-rate box cost up front.
  
  

• We hold your items securely until you’re ready to ship. Just email us at battalionbullion.com when you're ready to ship!
  
  

• When you’re ready, we drop off your box at Canada Post and send you a photo as confirmation.
