This policy applies to orders placed by phone, email, website, social media, and in-person.

1. Local Pickup

Local pickup in Petawawa, Ontario is free.

Meetup locations:

• Tim Hortons (small orders)

• Petawawa Police Station (larger orders)

• Home meetups for established customers or accessibility needs

Pickup times must be prearranged.

2. Shipping Options (Canada-Wide)

Canada Post (2025 Updated Rates)

• Non-Standard Lettermail: $5.76 (untracked, ~14 ozt max)

• Xpresspost: ~$19–$23 (tracked, <14 ozt)

• Flat Rate Box (Large): $34.99 (tracked, up to ~158 ozt)

Actual costs may vary by weight and destination.

Freightcom (Tracked Courier)

We also offer tracked courier shipping through Freightcom, which provides discounted, real-time multi-carrier rates.

Often cheaper than Canada Post retail prices.

3. Liability Policy

Once the package has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number (if applicable) is provided:

The buyer assumes full liability for loss, theft, delay, or damage in transit.

Untracked shipping is taken entirely at the buyer’s risk.

Optional insured shipping may be offered in the future.

4. Payment Methods

Accepted:

• Cash

• Interac e-transfer

• Other methods upon agreement

E-transfer Policy

Funds must fully settle before:

• Shipping

• Delivery

• Pickup (unless paying cash at meetup)

5. Sales Final

Due to market volatility, all bullion sales are final.
