These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases, communications, and interactions with Battalion Bullion, regardless of platform. This includes transactions or inquiries made through:

Phone
SMS
Facebook Group or Messenger
Social media
In-person meetups
By purchasing from us or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
Precious metals may be priced as “spot + premium.”
Prices and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders that were posted incorrectly.
Orders can be placed through:
Facebook Group comments
Direct messages
Phone calls
Website contact forms
In-person
For items publicly posted on any platform, the first timestamped claim (comment/message/email/etc.) secures the order.
Private deals (phone/email) follow first-confirmed communication.
We will confirm your order with a timestamp and payment instructions.
Platform does not matter — the earliest valid claim wins.
Accepted payment methods:
Cash
Interac e-transfer
Other methods by agreement
Funds must fully settle before:
Shipping
Delivery
Meeting for pickup (unless paying cash at pickup)
No exceptions — this protects both parties.
Because bullion prices fluctuate, all sales are final.
Pickup is available in Petawawa, Ontario at:
Tim Hortons (small orders)
Petawawa Police Station (larger transactions)
Home meetups for established clients, accessibility needs, or ongoing repeat customers
Pickup times must be arranged in advance.
Shipping methods include:
Canada Post (Lettermail, Xpresspost, Flat Rate)
Freightcom discounted carriers
Any other service quoted upon request
Once the package is handed to the carrier and tracking is provided (if applicable), the buyer assumes full liability for loss, theft, or damage. Untracked shipping is entirely at the buyer’s risk. Optional insured shipping may be offered in the future.

Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in a cancelled hold or order.

Orders involving large cash transactions or unusual behavior may require ID verification.
We follow all applicable Canadian laws, including:

PIPEDA privacy laws
Anti-fraud and reporting obligations where applicable
Your information is stored securely and not shared except when required by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued purchases or communication signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
